The Vintage Quilter
The Vintage Quilter quilts are handmade using Antique and Vintage sewing machines. Our newest sewing machine was made in 1958, and our oldest sewing machine was made in 1902. The piecing of our quilts will usually be done with an electric machine to speed up this part of the process, but the quilting can be done using a Treadle or a modern Long Arm (for finishing faster). Currently the quilting is always custom quilting that is hand guided.
